"We invited Preston Sandbakken, founder of Inner Athlete Foundation to facilitate a "New Beginnings" New Year's Eve drum circle for our residents and families. After the drum circle, we were led into a discussion of intentions for the new year that included goals in the categories of mental attitudes, friendship goals, exercise goals and many more.
