At the Inner Athlete Foundation, creative cooking is a fundamental life skill. We teach people how to cook simple, healthy meals they can make in life to fuel their inner athlete. Not only must you exercise your body and mind in the right way to achieve optimal results, you also must fuel yourself properly in order to receive the maximum benefits from your training. We teach people of all ages the basics of cooking meals which are simple, nutritious, and delicious!

 

 

All classes thus far have been with kids at school or in after school programs. However, we do desire to expand these classes to the public if there is a demand from the community. If you have interest in taking a class, please contact us so we can begin scheduling a public venue for the event!
